Øyepå was established in 2019 as a national meeting place for visual art in The Cultural Schoolbag, and is a collaboration between Nordland County Municipality, Viken County Municipality, Oslo DKS, Kulturtanken, and the National Museum. Rafiki was the guest curator of ØyePå 2020
